Network support

If you want a networked version of FrameWork, you pay for the licence, as above, plus an ongoing support fee.

The network support contract covers aspects such as backing up the database, maintaining the system for optimum working conditions, providing and implementing updates and fixes, and help with on-going technical support queries.

The cost of support depends on the options you choose. There are three main categories, as outlined below. However, the support contact is designed specifically for your needs, so the cost will be decided after a consultation with us. For further information, please contact us on 020 7549 9562.

Network support options

The table, below, explains the options in more detail:

  • Full support: This guarantees that your database and network are monitored on a weekly basis (for remote access - quarterly if site visits are required). This ensures your network is always in an optimum condition for holding and accessing a number of large projects. Any problems are identified quickly and given priority over those for organisations on the cheaper options.
  • Ad-hoc support OPTION 1: This option allows you the security of having a support contact, giving extra priority to any support issues that may raise, but without the annual fee. Incidents will then be charged on an incident basis but at a lesser cost rate than option 2 (below).
  • Ad-hoc support OPTION 2: The minimal option. All support is charged on an incident basis.
